The Interdistrict court of the city of Bishkek in December, 2011 in favor of the foreign client of the “Partner” law firm made the decision on early termination in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the trade mark international registration.

Zhukova the civil case consideration to the Ministry of Natural Resources on the order recognition for dismissal of two state employees of the Central Office of the Ministry void, their reemployment and payment of salary for all time of the forced absenteeism has been finished. The court has in full satisfied claims of claimants.
